We can not import the second Creative Agency theme. The other works fine but this one we really want and we cant import it. It imports the 2nd one in the attachment when we click on the 4th one to import
Can you please help us import the theme demo we want.

Import using the demo importer fails..
Tried the manual import instructions, they appeared to work, but the site is completely destroyed.. Doesn’t appear that imports everything..
Any advice or recommendations to get the demo data installed?

I purchased this theme, but how to change the URLs of the posts/articles? All articles have this /docs/docly-documentation/elements/ in the links.
When I try to edit, it does not let me change. I do not want the word ‘docs’ or ‘docly-documentation’ in my links. please tell, how do I fix that. thanks.

Hello,
There are three items we need assistance with with the mobile header. Photos are being attached for each item.
1. Align logo with menu in main header. Current header has logo higher than menu, we want to have both aligned. See attached photo.
2. Need to add “Action Button” to menu on mobile version.
3. The padding for the menu on the sticky header is shifted all the way to the right. Need to add padding to the right of the menu to shift it over to the left.
Here is the current .css that we have. Please assist.

Does this theme require Elementor or any page builder plugin to run? Also, can the loading icon (that displays between page loads) be disabled? This theme looks great, although seems to run pretty slow on the demo site.

Follow this documentation to import the demo as like this page. After successfully importing the demo content, you will find all the pages in your WordPress admin dashboard’s Pages menu. Find your desired homepage there and start editing this page with Elementor.
Also, you can set your Homepage demo as the Frontpage of your website from Settings > Reading

In this case, you can change the color variable values from the scss/_variables.scss file. There you will find the pre-defined colors defined in variables. See the screenshot below-
Note: you must have to use a SCSS compiler to compile the SCSS file to CSS.

You can reduce the Hero section space with applying the below custom CSS-
#theme-banner-four .main-wrapper {
padding: 290px 0 260px;
}
This padding is the default padding. You can set it yourself as you want.

I downloaded the ZIP, which I’ve attached to this ticket, and it appears to be the WordPress version and not the HTML5 version. Are you able to send me the HTML5 version? I suspect the wrong download as been attached to the listing so you may wish to adjust that too.
